I recently got a box of beef from Cascade Sheep & Cattle Co. Being grass fed and grass finished I was not sure what to expect. I cut some steak into cubes, skewered, marinated, and bbq'd them. So tender and delicious. Later tried the burger. Very good meat! Plus I love the fact is from local family farm. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FARMS AND RANCHES! You will be glad you did.
Excellently flavorful and exquisitely tender beef and lamb (haven't tried the pork yet). The owners are very knowledgeable and I appreciate their approach of sustainability and raising meat in such a natural environment. It is always a treat for me to eat meat from The Bar Lazy S!
