Dont order to go. You would think with such a small menu they wouldn't mess it up but 2nd time they have given me an Italian sandwich when that is not what I order. I tried to order the jamon sandwich with the preserves this time. You put artichoke and mayo on my sandwich it goes it trash.

Fantastic quality and prices are very similar to Hy-Vee but much better quality. Used the Italian sausages for homemade sausage vodka pasta. Will definitely be back.

Best butchers in the whole state!! Every single item in this store is amazing & delicious. World class staff as well when you walk in you feel right at home.

I happened by this place while shopping at the pet store across the street. You don't see butcheries very often anymore, so I decided to come inside and take a look. The owner, Andrew, greeted me with playful banter while two of his employees cut up fresh ribeyes and helped other customers as they came in. The establishment was incredibly clean. The meat behind the counter looked fresh and had very good color. There was a nice variety of sausages, beef, pork, chicken, and gourmet cheeses. Along the side walls were select bottles of fine wine, baskets of onions, garlic, and baby potatoes. Andrew explained that there was more available than what was on display. Much of his business is cut to order, and he also specializes in charcuterie. I decided to purchase two 1.25" bone-in cuts of ribeye. Andrew cut them for me, wrapped them in paper, and bagged then in an attractive white paper bag with a twine handle (a nice touch). I was very impressed with his butchery, the friendly atmosphere, and the prompt service. But the real star of the show was the meat. When I got them home and unwrapped them I was immediately impressed with the texture, the color, and the marbleing of my steaks. I seasoned them with some salt, rosemary, and pepper and let them sit for about 45 minutes before reverse searing them over hardwood lump coals. The result was fantastic. There wasn't a single piece of gristle on either steak. The fat rendered perfectly and the meat was tender enough to easily be cut with a butter knife. The flavor was rich and savory. I paid choice price but it seemed like I had prime cuts. I don't live in the neighborhood but will gladly drive from Papillion to buy my meat here. I highly recommend this business.

Casanova’s truly brings back the more personable feeling between butcher and customer. When you walk in the meat is so beautifully presented in their case with cured meats and rustic fresh bread sitting beside. All of the employees are so nice but specifically Andrew has made every visit a joy. He exemplifies what a man should be. Casanova’s is also a branch for small businesses. All through out the store you see products from small businesses being displayed proudly. Will recommend this shop whenever possible. Truly a shop for the finer things at a reasonable price.

My best friend and I came here for some lunch since I saw they had expanded and have a cafe / deli / store. I have been craving an Italian sandwich of some kind. The food was delicious and will be coming back for some coffee and dessert. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Thank you ❤️

My husband and I popped in on the 4th of July to grab something to grill for the holiday. The shop was very clean and the owner was so friendly and personable. Their apricot brats were incredible! We grabbed a pesto to try this week and man... it's worth every penny; it's fresh and tasty! It's a must try! We will be coming back and making this our go-to butcher! Highly recommend!

Awesome place! We are lucky to have it in the neighborhood. I went in for the first time and the butchers were so friendly. The special of the week was Philly brats. I got them on their recommendation, and they were fantastic. Couldn’t be happier. Great value. Apparently they also make killer charcuterie boards. I can’t wait to try those as well.

I go here for the butcher side of things! I have eaten there also, very good but you can't beat the raw hamburger or steaks, oh and the pork chops and deli is amazing too! Always a lot of different things to shop for there! I highly recommend
