I’ve used Casad a few times and want to say I highly recommend them as a company. They are honest, hard working, loyal and caring. I pride myself in a Tex-Mex upbringing being born and raised in Texas and there is a flare that I’ve only been able to get through my own father’s homemade recipe for chorizo. I have never in my life found anyone that makes it as good as Casad! It is authentic as it comes, and I have to wonder if they use the same secret ingredients that my dad did. I know for him when he would make it he would do part beef and part sausage, but the flavoring taste exact. I highly, highly recommend!

I’m writing this five star review because I just finished eating a steak from Costco. I used to love Costco steaks - heck, I’d brag about their yummy steak qualities. The point is that after eating Caseda steaks, these Costco steaks are unacceptable. I will be putting an order in for the steaks that just taste better. It’s crazy the difference in meat taste. Good work out there on the ranch!

Quality, Flavor, outstanding customer service and upstanding business practices! We have been ordering from them and their product is delicious! So much more flavor than meat from the mainstream markets. I love supporting a local business too, especially when they put so much effort back into ranching in a way that good for all (people, animals, and the earth and her resources.)

Our meat box came in perfectly intact and well organized on dry ice. All the meats were of exceptional quality. The bacon was devoured and the chuck eye steak was one of our favorite dinners of the summer. You can taste the difference when the farmers grow their own feed and raise their own animals on regenerative soil. We will be buying more soon. Thanks!

I've witnessed the integrity and dedication of Chris and Cate Casad as they raise their animals and care for the soil. My boxes of beef arrived again today, this time with extra for gifts. I feel good about doing good and love roasting, barbecuing, pan frying and slow cooking the different meats for very delicious and satisfying meals.
