Carter Country Meats

Delicious!! The flavor of Carter Country beef is truly outstanding, and so is the aroma when cooking. It really does stand out head and shoulders above "grass fed" beef from any grocery store. The enhanced flavor and aroma alone let me know there are more nutrients in this beef too. I've been buying from Carter Country for a few-several years now and will continue to as long as I can. I'm so happy to know I'm supporting a small, family, regenerative ranch. Regenerative agriculture is critical to maintaining our species and our planet and supporting it and small business supports the kind of world I want to live in.

We came across Carter Country Meats via a podcast. LOVED their story and core mission to be a sustainable ranch that leaves the land better after use, and how much they're giving back to the community by teaching others how to implement the best practices they've discovered. Now onto the actual meat --- We've never, in our lives, had such delicious beef! We bought a sample box for ourselves, and I ordered a box for a family member's birthday. They said the same thing - best steak they've ever had. Everything arrived in perfect condition. While the price is a little out of reach for us personally to order all the time, we will definitely be a lifetime repeat customer. Seriously a great gift option too for those who care where their beef comes from. Highly recommend!!!

Just stopped by and grabbed a 10 lb box. The contents look great, spoke to Taylor and he said the cows are all raised on land in Big horn and packaged in Cody. The box had a little bit of everything and a great value for all grass fed and finished meat. I can say I graduated from buying meat from the store anymore and lucky to have these guys only a few blocks from where I live!

I’ve been getting the 10b sampler box, every two months, for 3 years now. Love the quality of meats, and they change up the cuts every shipment. Also, customer service was spot on with replacing box when delivery service lost my package.

I'm working through my first 10 pound mixed box and I'm absolutely loving it. The Bavette steak was insanely good in a cast iron pan with rosemary, butter, garlic and a jalapeño. The ground beef is making some seriously tasty burgers. You guys might have me hooked and I haven't even gotten to the fillet yet🫠 …

Years ago I was passing through Ten Sleep Wyoming and happened upon 1 Cow, a hamburger stand in town. My family proceeded to eat the best hamburgers that evening and returned the following morning to stock our cooler with their breakfast burritos. When I found out that this beef was Carter Country Meats and that I could order it and have it delivered to me in Chicago, I was overjoyed. I also am now addicted to their beef tallow skin cream. Some day I’ll get back to beautiful Ten Sleep but in the meantime I’m grateful for the modern convenience of having them ship me the best beef in the US.

Succulent, meat got home very frozen and well protected. Once cooked was delicious..!! It was so long I didn't eat a good beef that remind me my country.. were I saw and taste the real bouchery meat.!!!!
