Carroll Creek Farms

Heard through a friend and coworker that this place was the place to get local pork beef, chicken, and eggs … and a few other things. Great experience on our first trip there. Point of Sale register - self check out is great. Picked up three different types of bratwurst - two chicken and one pork and pepper jack cheese. The chicken jalapeño brats were delicious. Looking forward to going back for eggs and steaks.

I would totally buy a whole cow if I have freezer space, but I don’t so I stopped by the farm to pick up what I can fit. People really need to support the local farm, the quality is way better and your money goes straight to the hard working people! I picked up some tallow, some oxtail, some bacon and a hunk of ribeye steak and I was in HEAVEN. You pick out what you want in the store, ring yourself up, pay and leave! Me being a New Yorker, this type of operation would never work 🤣🤣 Too bad this place is an hour from where I live but I’ll make sure to stop by whenever I’m heading this way!

I loved our experience buying a quarter beef from Carroll creek! The entire process was easy and straightforward. It’s quite literally the best beef I’ve ever tasted. You really can taste and see the difference from conventional store bought beef, and buying in bulk is such a steal compared to the store! We will definitely be doing it again to keep our freezer stocked with local grass fed beef! Highly recommend :)

From beginning to end, everything was exactly how they say it is! Timeframe, freshness, ease of pick up, everything!I have never tasted such fresh meat!! It is a significant difference from store-bought and my entire family felt the same way! We will definitely be doing business with them again

They also offer other high-quality meats like pork, chicken, and lamb. Knowing that the animals are raised humanely, on open pastures with no hormones or antibiotics, makes every bite even more satisfying. First time ordering a half cow and we had a fantastic experience. Great communication and thoroughly answered any questions we had. The butcher was also great and asked us how we wanted things cut and did everything exactly how we expected it. Such a good deal compared to the grocery store. The quality and value far exceeded expectations. Packaging was great and a very minor fee for delivery. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We just picked up our second half hog from Carroll Creek. The taste of the pork is so much better than store bought! We are so happy we found them and are enjoying eating healthier meat. We also love supporting our local farmers!

My husband and I purchased for the second time recently. Each order was fulfilled quickly and properly. Communication was excellent. Even more, the beef tastes amazing. We love Carroll Creek and recommend them to everyone we know!

We ordered a whole beef and hog from Carroll Creek Farm this past fall and what a delight the entire experience was! So easy to order, as well as work with the butcher on your cuts of meat, they even render the tallow for you! The meat tastes clean, tender and delicious, we had forgotten what high quality meat tastes like until we ordered from Carroll Creek. I have stopped in their farm store many times with my daughter and they also sell Jersey milk, butter, eggs and other delightful things. My grandchildren love the little petting zoo as well. It is a nice drive out into the country that we look forward too. We are beyond happy with our purchases and will be ordering again! Thank you!

For the second time we have gotten a half a hog and quarter beef from Carroll Creek and we have been very happy with the quality, pricing, and communication of our purchases. I’m thankful that they produce food raised the way we want it within our budget. We love that we get to customize our order somewhat with the processor. We plan to keep ordering from them!
