Everything is fresh, flavorful, and packaged perfectly. The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and we now make it a routine stop for all our meat products. Highly recommend for anyone who values great food and great people!

This is some of the best grass fed/grass finished steak and chicken I've had the pleasure of eating! The price point too when you calculate in the chicken is less than $12/lb for everything for me. Knowing where your food comes from is such a privilege and the fact we get to go to the ranch, see the cows in the shade, and ask questions of the owners is great. Rowlynda is very communicative too and I look forward to continuing purchasing from them. Totally worth the 2 hour trek once a month.

I went to the ranch for the first time today. The selection is amazing. I was able to find cuts of meat that are hard to find while snagging a beautiful 14 pound prime rib roast. They even have dog treats and food. The quality and humane ranching practices are making this my new go-to for meats. Plus, the actual owners-- two generations of the family helped us today. I am already making my shopping list for the next visit.

I just have to tell you how much you, your family, and what you do at the ranch means to us. I’ve been endeavoring to provide our family with clean nutritious food done simply. We have an Airbnb on our property and we try to let our guests experience a simpler lifestyle. I grow honey bell (Tangelos) and pomegranates and seasonal produce to barter with other local families. You providing us with clean ethically raised nutritious meat is part of our picture and we really appreciate you!

The cattleman’s box is the best deal iv ever had, amazingly fresh cuts of meat, great variety. I was even able to add on a few things when I picked up my order! On top of the quality of food, the people are extremely welcoming and friendly. Very nice, professional people, couldn’t have asked for a better experience, definitely putting in my next order ASAP!

Not only do they have the best beef as part of their butcher box, but the dog box is amazing as well. Their dog food is incredibly healthy, and our pups love it. Their teeth have never been cleaner because of the knuckle bones than come with the box, and coats never shinier.

Having locally sourced meat at my table is a blessing! To know exactly where your meat came from, who raised it and butchered it is the way it used to be and should be. I can’t say enough great things about the Carrisito Ranch and family. Best meat ever!

Friendly folks run this awesome ranch located in beautiful Santa Ysabel. I went to pick up a beef box and it's an amazing deal! Everything looks and tastes great, will definitely be buying from them again.
