Carnicería Ramos is a butcher shop that primarily focuses on selling various types of meat products, including machaca. The business has received mixed reviews regarding the quality of its meat and customer service, indicating a need for improvement in the overall customer experience.
Excellent meat without preservatives or additives. Fast service. The goat farm has to buy what weighs around 3 kilos, more or less whatever it weighs.
Very poor customer service and the facilities are deplorable. Not recommended at all. They treat you extremely poorly and keep you waiting a long time for service.
I bought 6 kilos of machaca to bring back to the USA and it came with a lot of bones. It's supposed to be pure grilled meat, and it's very finely ground. Maybe that's why it's so finely ground. I called to complain and they don't answer the phone. I'm seriously considering changing butcher shops when I go back to Sinaloa. Very bad experience.
Excellent selection
Dirty and terrible service
