We've visited Carlton Farms almost every fall since our daughter was old enough to enjoy it. She has always loved feeding the cows on the hayride. We went again yesterday and had a great time as usual! We actually skipped buying the "classic" pumpkins and went with some different varieties this year. Love the pumpkin selection and the activities!

We don’t know enough yet about what happened, but having been to Carlton Farms 5-6 times on Paulding Field Trips, the pool area was always fenced off and locked. The Carltons are some of the nicest people you’ll meet and I’m sure they’re in as much pain over the loss of a child on a field trip. I cried for that little girl, having my own 6 year old…last time we visited was Friday Oct 3. Hopefully Carlton Farms reopens and we can all have some grace for an entire community that’s in pain right now.

Lots of things for families to enjoy. Farm animals to interact with, very informative hay ride with hungry cows to feed! A great family friendly play area with lots of fun activities. Pick out a perfect pumpkin for a souvenir!

I went to their pumpkin patch, and sure, it's not pumpkins from their farm, but who cares? They had a good selection displayed nicely. The corn maze is still really cool even though the corn is only about 5' high (you can't blame a small family farm for scorching Georgia heat and not much rainfall). Their hayride was the main event for my family! They take you right into their cow pasture, and you can feed the cows with the hay beneath your bench! Also, I'm huge into animal rights, and I respect the way they care for their animals. There's also a cute play place for the kids. I had a great time! And at $15, it's very reasonably priced for this kind of thing.

We went to this farm in 2023 fall and my entire family loved it. My parents loved the corn maze and they were asking me this year whether we are going to Carlyon farm or not. I just found that they are temporarily closed due to some accident. I hope it will reopen soon with all applicable safety measures and sunshine ; We will definitely revisit once it reopen

Such a great place for a field trip. Very low-key, which is what we like for our homeschool group. The Carltons are a very sweet family and are always very patient with our children's questions. Their store is great as well.

Went on a field trip to Carlton Farms. We enjoyed our time there and there were plenty of things for the kids to do. My concern was the chickens and their wellbeing. They had way too many roosters together and they were all pecking and most of them had bare spots on them. They didn’t have food or clean water in the small enclosure they were confined in. Very sad. As chicken owners ourselves my children noticed the bed raw spots on the chickens.

We absolutely loved Carlton farms. Everyone was so nice and the place was setup so flawlessly. The kids loved everything there, there was so much to keep them busy. We especially loved being able to feed the cows hay and the prices of concessions were priced very fair. We will definitely be back!

We took our two in a half yo boys here after hearing great things from other parents. Found out it’s just down the road from us. We couldn’t have had more fun!! All of us. The animals were so friendly, the refreshments were perfect, and there were activities for all ages. They had carnival games of the farm variety and some great play equipment for all ages; rope walk, giant tube slides, corn maze, hay ride/tour, ball games and more. We loved it. Thank you Carlton family we really had a blast!

One of the great blessings of our lives has been Carlton Farm and the generosity toward its community is incalculable. We began going with a preschool class trip and continued every year for a decade now. Not to mention the restorative role the farm plays in connecting people to healthy foods and farmers who treat the earth and animals right. The joy of my children asking when we can next go to the farm, the moments we have there, and the great hospitality of this family, the Carltons,, toward their community is my example of how one can infuse such generational love, thoughtful care, and calling even into one’s work for the benefit of others. How often we have seen others’ children light up as ours has, connecting with animals and so much more. While we cannot ask this Carlton family or a child’s family to heal any faster than it is able from recent events, all of us in your wider community pray for your healing and God to comfort for all. We care for you and all your family, so very much.
