I am slow getting this review done because I wanted to try all of the different cuts of meat we bought.The animal that we bought meat off of was a waygu/angus cross and let me tell you the meat is amazing!I am so pleased with all of the cuts. Everything was tender and delicious, needing only a little salt and pepper as seasoning before cooking.Some of the ground beef was a little too lean for my taste, however I did not share with the people packaging the meat that i wanted a little bit more fat in ground beef.I figured out a work around and ended up with delicious, juicy burgers.The family that owns this farm are super nice and easy to work with.I have given out this ranch's phone number to several people.I cannot say enough good things. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Holy cow! When cooked skillfully this is honestly some of the finest food I have ever eaten. Their family owned farm offers truly excellent beef. I recently found out they offer premium steaks that are prepackaged for sous-vide which is totally nifty!
The best direct buying experience from the best family! Incredible, high quality selection! Love stopping at the farm to re-stock our freezer. It's always a low pressure, and very informative, on the farm buying experience!
We've placed a couple of orders now and will continue to do so! The angus and waygu ground beef make awesome burgers, and the skirt steak (and flank!) make the BEST fajitas!! We will keep coming back - highly recommend Cannon Valley Ranch meat!!
The Wagyu brisket was the best brisket I have ever tasted. We slow smoked it for Christmas dinner, and it was somehow both salty, sweet, and savory. We didn't even add seasoning--it didn't need it. We just salted it. It was well worth the $. I highly recommend CVR!

Love how much Cannon Valley Ranch puts into the care of their beef and their land. Truly sustainable ranchers who care about what goes into our bodies and the impact the cows have on our environment. They’ve been doing this a long time, way before it was something people talked about. So you know they are truly dedicated to quality and sustainability!
Best premium beef in the area hands down! The steaks are phenomenal, and their beef sticks are great go to for a snack when you are on the go. Stop by and see these folks and try em out. You wont be disappointed!!!
