Had recently bought their pre cooked burgers the meat was amazing! Then also on the same day had bought a 10lb brisket for Christmas it was the best brisket I’ve ever had!!! I had to trim very little fat at all! Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Got a wonderful beef brisket from here and made the best corned beef I've ever had. It was absolutely delicious and has ruined other corned beef briskets.

This week we bought the porterhouse. Cooked to medium with salt and pepper seasoning. I prefer this over the ribeye myself but that is just a personal preference. This cut had a little more fat trimmings which I like. Thick Cut to an inch thick made it easy to cook to medium. Great steak.

We bought Ribeye Steak and Beef Tongue. The ribeye was lean and tender. Good steaks. But I loved the beef tongue. The size per tongue was smaller than most store bought but the way it cooked and ease of pealing the skin was amazing. Great flavor and made awesome lengua tacos.

I was a farmer and love farming. I need halal chicken and beef but are not getting any source in macomb area? Any ideas??
