I have never had anything bad from here. They make the best burger around. Cut and package as you ask for. I highly recommend them. This is my 7th year having a beef processed there.

The owner is either incompetent or a crook, possibly both. Do not get your your animal butchered here unless you want to lose at least 10% of the yield.
