Butcher Bob's Quality Meats

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to cuts and offers suggestions on how to prepare specific cuts. I like the atmosphere; it's welcoming, friendly, and overall a good place. That being said, the last 2 times I went, I was very disappointed. The time before last, one of the employees grabbed my ground beef without gloves, and that's a big no-no for me. I spent over 20$ on 2lbs and never ate it. This last time I noticed it even more. Almost all of the employees didn't wash their hands after handling money and going to the next customer none of them wore gloves to handle the meat. There was only 1 employee who washed her hands during a customer's visit, and she was very clear that she was going to wash her hands and come right back to finish their order. It's very nasty that they cross-contaminate with money. The other issue I have is the carne aside and the Pollo aside. They charge per lb, which wouldn't be an issue, but they charge per bag. The bag is full of at least 2lbs of liquids. I got one bag of carne asada, which cost me 65$ for 1 slab of meat, Pollo aside 2 chicken breasts for 22$. It's insane. Not to mention the frozen section, the majority of the meat doesn't have a price listed. So its kind of like roulette when you get to check out to see what your total will be. I'm sad to say I won't be returning because of these things. I hope they fix these issues so they stop losing business

We visited Butcher Bob’s on a busy day, and the market had a great atmosphere. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to keep up with the crowd. That said, we had serious concerns about hygiene. Several employees were handling raw meat with bare hands, which wouldn't be a problem if they were consistently washing their hands between customers. Unfortunately, we watched multiple staff members grab meat, then ring up customers, handle cash, and go right back to the meat without washing their hands or using gloves. This was disappointing and made us question the overall food safety standards. It’s unfortunate, because otherwise we had a great experience — but due to these concerns, we probably won’t return unless we see changes in how food safety is handled.

Every offering is exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The service is quick. Most items are usually in stock. The prices are unbeatable. They even offered to replace some ribs that I had left in the refrigerator too long before cooking. (My fault, obviously. I respectfully declined the offer.) Butcher Bob's is a shining example of what all businesses should strive to be.

Not only were the bacon burgers absolutely amazing but the customer service is top notch. My son had an allergic reaction to who knows what yesterday and I emailed Bob’s to see if we had somehow missed seeing eggs in the patties at 8:05 PM, long after closing and they got back to me within 20 minutes with the information I needed. This was our first time purchasing from them and we will definitely be back again and again. Thank you for the delicious dinner and quick response!

The 3rd of July I called in to place a special order and told them I wanted to make burgers. They were able to grind everything up for me and I was on my way. The line was out the door and the busier they got, the nicer they were. I’m from out of state and so happy to have found Bobs.

Awesome place amazing products. Best fresh meats. You can't go wrong with your selection everything i have ever bought was top notch. Customer service is always so friendly!

Short ribs are so good from here all the cuts look great, cant wait to try the brisket. Twice baked potatoes are legit also and the staff are all friendly and helpful very genuine people.

The meat cuts were very good. I ordered 5 filets and they all had a good thickness and flavor. The shop was clean and easy to find. I was surprised when the man serving me grabbed each of the filets at 30.99 a pound with bare hands and then proceeded to use the cash register without washing. He handled the cash and steaks the same way.

Picked up two filet mignons and Italian sausage and brats. Cooked the fillets for moms day, never had any better. Excellent quality. No more cheap meat for me!!! Great place great staff.
