Butcher Block Custom Cutting

Butcher block is the best! Been taking my livestock there for the last 4 years. Everything comes well wrapped with consistent cuts in a timely manner. Hams and bacon are fantastic. If you haven't tried their jalapeno cheddar bratwurst you're missing out. They are to die for!

Butcher Block is fantastic! Outstanding customer service. They cross all the Ts and dot all the Is when getting my cutting instructions and always deliver just how I like it. I have also taken my big game animals to them and they do a fantastic job, I love the smoked meats they make with my deer. Meat comes back to me well packaged and keeps in the freezer for a long time. I will definitely keep using Butcher Block in the future!

From start to finish, their service was top-notch, and you can tell they take real pride in their craft. I recently tried some meat from their new smoker, and the flavor and texture, were next level. Their jerky sticks were the best part about it, perfectly seasoned and smoked to perfection. Every year when I’ve harvested a big game animal they’ve always been able to get it in the freezer super soon and cut it up, definitely will use them again.

Had multiple steers and pigs done at different times. They looked like they were drug through the dirt, not cleaned, cut, still not cleaned or bone dust scraped off and then packaged. I have thrown a lot of meat away and would not suggest anyone to use them.

We’ve had our pigs and beef cut here since they opened their doors five years ago and never had a problem or regret. Kolton does an amazing job cutting the meat and will do anything you ask for a completely custom order. Definitely the best meat we have ever had!! Call them- you won’t regret it!!

If I could give y'all 10 stars, I would! Packaging looks great, service has been exceptional, the all around experience was top notch! Price was pricey but we paid for quality and y'all just made it even more worth it. Saving up for a pig now! ☺️ Thank you so much! Y'all have customers for life!

I grew up on home grown meat and all my adult life have continued this practice. The butcher shop that we’ve been using for years closed so we took three hogs in. One was for us and the other two we raised for friends. It was the first experience for our friends and we wanted it to be a good one. I question as to whether or not we got all our meat back. Where did it all go. Oddest cuts I’ve ever seen. Where are all my ham cuts? I will never take another animal to this butcher shop

We bought a beef from them this year, best cut beef we have ever gotten, superb cuts, just took in two berkshire pigs for butcher can't wait to see how they are, Colton is very easy to deal with there, and the place is always clean and very professional.

We have loved using Butcher Block as our go-to butcher for both beef and elk! We’ve previously used 4 other butchers in the area and are by far the happiest with the results here! They know how to take care of and process the animal in a proficient and high-quality manner! Our meat is clean, well-sealed and tastes great! The packaging lasts and they cut exactly how you want with no complaining about special requests! Our previous butchered elk was nearly inedible after being botched from another local butcher but the one we had Butcher Block process last year is incredible! Will never use anyone else for all our animal needs!!

They did a great job on the pigs we took in. Cuts were nice and were clean. Easy to get a hold of if you have questions.

Fantastic customer service. Butchering was done quickly and cleanly. The next day the office called and walked me through the process for ordering cuts. Done very quickly and ready for pickup. Nicely wrapped and fantastic meat. I've heard of people having problems with bone chips in the meat or other problems with packaging, but no problems with Stockham's. Everyone loves the taste of homegrown pork, and Stockham's is the best I've seen at getting that pork from my pasture to the table.
