I love Bryan's. Stop in here at least once a week for farm fresh eggs and non-homogenized milk. They also started selling grass fed beef.

Austin was his name...at least that's what I remember. There I was, looking at the incredible stacks of meat they had in stock, when I heard, "Can I help you?" The tone of voice was strong and intense, as if to say, "The stupid look on your face tells me you have no clue what you're looking for," and somehow I could feel myself agreeing. After giving him my order, he said, "Sure thing, I'll be right back," CLEARLY meaning, "dont try to even comprehend what I'm about to prepare for you." As I stood there hurting my comprehension, I was amazed at the speed and immense confidence he displayed as he gathered my order. striding here and there, his mustache hair Masculinely blowing in the breeze... or rather, the breeze being tamed and subdued by his masculinity was allowed to flow though. when he came back with my order, he said, "Is that it for you?", obviously saying "you remind me of when I was young... because I was born 3 weeks early, you little weakling!" He handed me the order of god tier meat, and I felt as if he was equipping me for life itself. He shook my hand and said "Austin" as thunder emptied the air of ambiance, and filled my body with fear. I will NEVER be the same... but I WILL be back!

Tried calling several times and no one wants to answer the phone. When I showed up the guy gave absolutely rude customer service when you ask them questions on how they get their meat and how it’s raised. He seemed very annoyed that I was inquiring into the meat they sold.

Call them a guy answer the phone saying yeah. Like he didn't wanna answer the phone. I told him I'm looking for some really fatty. He laughed and says you’re just gonna have to come look at em. Horrible customer service. He did not want to help at all.

I have been going for 24 years and always have been pleased. Never had a bad experience. In fact always told people about the product when asked. So now new ownership and this is what I experienced. No returned phone calls The website is not updated so they tell you about changes at the counter. Complete order in the end was not correct. If you are buying something retail Not a problem. If you are wanting custom sausage or meat prep. Look somewhere else. Probably doesn’t matter to them But I’m searching for a new butcher.

Austin was really great when I came to pick up my friends meat for him. Norma helped set the order up too. Amazing customer service.

Bryan's Meat has let the quality of their beef jerky go down. The jerky is either overly salted or unevenly flavored, unfortunately. I've gone multiple times within a 3 month span, hoping it was just a few bad batches. Their meats are still good. I can see how some people experienced decent or bad customer service depending on the person at the counter. I've never had an amazing experience, but I've never had a bad one either (in my opinion and experience)!

They didn’t package my beef like I ask at all and the vacuum packaging was even worse. I ask for one pound hamburger and 2-3 pound roasts packages and got two pound hamburger and 4-6 pound roasts. Called and ask what our cut sheet stated and he said I was right, if I wanted to return the roast they would cut in half. They packaging was awful , you can’t stack it in my freezer without it rolling out. I would recommend this place at all.

Best jerky I've ever tasted, literally every flavor is savory. The dill was surprisingly tasty, wasn't expecting that. Highly recommend their sausage sticks as well.
