Loving my pork blade steak (from the butt I believe). Chris recommended it when they ran out of pork chops. I may never go back to the chops. Blade steak was full of flavor and great texture. Easy to cook. Fantastic. Well loved and cared for Berkshire piggies!!!
Such a cool place! Best source for local pork and beef! Was able to get a fresh turkey for thos past Thanksgiving......sooooo good!! Highly recommend!
