Great selection and delicious beef jerky. They also had buffalo and elk jerky. Awesome meet selection and very fairly priced. I highly recommend checking it out!
Haven't had a bad ribeye here yet. Prices are always super reasonable and the quality is much better than the typical safeway, Walmart, etc.
Great market. Really fair prices and a super helpful and friendly staff. It's worth the drive, especially if you like to eat meat.

Wow. Fun, cool, atmospheric butcher shop/convenience store. Good people work here. Helpful, exacting and unique. My brother was here for a specific reason, for a specific product : carne asada for enchiladas. He found it. This shoppe has a lot in the various exercises of meat. If it is not here, go out and hunt it for yourself. I dug the options.
Ohhmggg nom nom nom We had been cracing corned beef for sooo long... I finally got in to BOM and they had ONE brisket left. It was $45, like 8+lbs, and huuge!!! The guys were SO proud of it. They said it was actually a smaller one; it had just been cut that morning. They take *such* pride in what they do, and seem to enjoy their work. I took this giant slab of meat home, portioned it out, partially froze, sliced thin, applied marinade, and slow cooked with vegs & spices til it was falling apart and SO good. Local beef, raised w/out hormones or antibiotics, and processed locally. What more could one ask? I highly recommend!!!!!
I had lost a gift certificate, but I found it 6 months after it expired. I called them and explained my situation, and they honored it. Nice and friendly employees.
The only place we buy our Meats. Either it's Bright Oaks or no meat. It's definitely great to know where the food is coming from ! Excellent place !
