This was my first time dropping a deer off with Brian's crew. Just picked up a beautiful box full of processed deer meat. So far the jerky & jalapeno cheddar salami are delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest! Process was simple, and Brian was quickly responsive both times I called to check status of order - trying to coordinate good roads in to pick up my order. Brian gets ALL my future business.

Just picked up my White tail. Staff was extremely professional and helped me load my meat. I got some of Brians smoked polish and it is the best I have ever tasted. I shared some with a couple bird hunting buddies yesterday during our tailgate lunch and they aslo said they will be having some made next year. Best breakfast sausage I have ever tasted as well. That's my go to from now on
Great product, service and prices!
Took six months to get my bear meat after multiple calls checking on the status. I was told multiple times that it had shipped and the meat was on the way. After finally receiving the meat I had to throw half of it away because it was shipped 2-day without dry ice or anything insulations. Just meat in a plastic bag in a box. Go somewhere else, this place is terrible.
Very experienced butcher, can't complain. He told me when he would be there to pick up the animal and it was ready to be picked up when he told me. Good cuts.

I like the deer burger and bear burger I like the summer sausage and salami, I will take my deer and bear to this place again next year.
I’ve taken all my game animals to this guys place for years, never had any issues. Always nice guys to work with! Fast turn around with good prices too
