Brendle’s is hands down the best processor in NW MO for your deer. Get in early and get in quick. There’s a reason they fill up fast. We have taken several deer in for a few years now and I cannot tell you how great the service and product is. This year we did one entire deer in pepperoni which is my favorite product. We got nearly 50 rolls and I couldn’t be happier. THEY GIVE YOU YOUR DEER and do NOT mix meat/deer.
This place is the BEST!! We have processed beef, hogs, and deer at Brendle's Butcher Block for over 10 years now and they never disappoint! We always send our customers to Brendle's to have their beef processed and have never had a complaint about the quality or quantity of meat that they have received. They take pride in their work and the finished product is always superb!
Small family owned business who is always nice and pleasant to work with. This family helped make my son's first deer a fantastic experience. Great tasting salami (sausage) is an added bonus.
First year I've used this processor. Employees were very kind and helpful. Opening day of deer season was busy but they handled the crowd very well. If you got a deer or livestock to process, take them here.
Brendle’s is an honest family run business! We have had several hogs and beef processed there and highly recommend them. You cannot ask for nicer, more honest people! My dad loves to go there for a good home made tenderloin!

We’ve purchased meat and sandwiches from Brendles for at least 2 years. Each time the meat has been exceptional and the sandwiches fantastic. They are great people that care about their customers and community.

I've always processed my own deer but worked long hours on night shift and decided to use them. I regret it! We got there, its very unorganized, was told to field dress the deer before bringing it in, but noticed a lot of hunters did not do this, but they still took the deer. We wanted the hide but were not told to stay around to get it, they ended up losing it. The deer jerky was so salty you cannot eat it! It was a waste of money. Due to the poor communication, unorganized, and being unprofessional, we will never use them and advise others to look elsewhere.
