Brasstown Beef @ Ridgefield Farm

The freshest food you can get. The sausage so worth it. You cook it and there is no fat in the pan. Animals are grass fed. No Antibiotics or chemicals Al's in food. The Farm packages their own animals.

My husband and I were staying in the area and decided to stop in at Ridgefield farms and purchase some steaks to grill. I kid you not, they were the best steaks we have ever eaten. Other than a sprinkle of meat tenderizer and steak seasoning, they were perfect. Nothing else needed. We had the New York strips. You will not be sorry.

BEST beef ever!!! Fresh, great selection. Clean and wonderful people to deal with. Very patient and helpful. It is a little "pricey" but for what ya get, WELL worth it. Best quality beef we have ever gotten. We go there every time we want the best quality meats! Will continue to go back.

We’ve been loyal customers at Ridgefield Farms for almost 6 years, purchasing roughly $400-$500 per month from them. We believe in supporting our local farms in turn for a quality product. It crushes me to discontinue my support for Ridgefield as they’ve now chosen to sell their beef to companies that operate half way across the US, such as Florida and California, leaving nothing to be had for us locals. Congrats to them on their successful business, but I will no longer be a continued customer there.

This was a 5 star review. They do not offer the same quality meat nor are their prices even remotely reasonable. Still think the front desk staff is very pleasant after three different trips I've come to find out last yr during the lockdown and restaurants being closed they looked to the consumer to buy their beef. They raised the prices, lowered the quality grizzly, tough, inconsistently cut by over 1/2 on a single steak, even discontinued the 3% discount for +%100 purchases. This is not just my opinion but that of over 4 regular customers*** OLD Review I hate to give them a 5 star rating yet they deserve a 6! Great beef great prices and now everyone will find out about them and ruin our little secret... Simply Awesome Beef and the staff is great too but they don't taste as good as the beef!!

Friendly staff, and you can say hello to the cows while you're there! I purchased hot dogs and a skirt steak here on a trip to brasstown, and was not disappointed with those dogs. Thick, juicy, and with a bit of a kick, I won't be going back to store bought. Thanks bb.

While visiting Winsome Woods Cabin near the farm, we decided to grill steaks for dinner, and what better choice than farm-fresh steak. What a wise decision! The steaks were juicy, tender, and perfect. We highly recommend this farm.

There are so many reasons to love this place, these people and their beef. I buy a quarter cow at a time, and depending on the size of your family, you probably should too. They are one of the reasons why my life is soooo good. Follow-up: This place remains the best source of beef I've ever known. I've gifted their filets to a couple different lucky recipients; they all agree - one just placed an order of his own today from Atlanta. If everyone found out how good they are, it would likely ruin the place as it tried to grow and accommodate the crowd. The beef here is the best you'll find. Anywhere. The burger is somehow a cut above, truly it is better than any other burger, and their filets are the kind of tender and flavorful ones you get at top of the line steakhouses. I won't be posting anymore about them. I've said enough and I don't want anything to change.

Best beef around. We've been customers for many years. Never had anything we were not pleased with. Steaks, roasts, sausage, ground beef even the hot dogs are superb..we'll never eat any other hotdogs.
