We love the beef from Brass Family Farm. It is the best beef we have ever purchased. In addition, Stephen and the team offer phenomenal service. They educate us, answer all of our question and reach out to make sure that we are enjoying our beef. Attached are some photos from the pasture walk they hosted.

This beef is phenomenal! This is the first time I have purchased beef from a local farmer and could not be happier with the product. Knowing where the beef comes from and knowing that is it truly grass fed and healthy is great. The flavor of the beef is outstanding compared to anything store bought. I found Brass Family Farm using Google Search after our previous beef farmer retired. Throughout the process Stephen provided lots of information about farming and feeding techniques as the cattle were raised, as well as how to order the different cuts from the processor. Even though I've indicated preferences with previous beef processors I still learned a few things, such as the difference between single vs. double grind for the ground beef. At this point we've tried several different cuts of the meat, and it is delicious and tender. I highly recommend Brass Family Farm and will order again.

Our freezer is stocked with a variety of cuts of beef we purchased from the Brass Family when visiting their farm for their pasture walk several months ago. It was delightful to see the animals first hand and to learn more about the approach used to raise the cattle on the Brass Family Farm. The quality of the beef is outstanding. The flavorful beef has brought back memories of childhood family meals in Nebraska that included servings of local Nebraska beef raised by families we knew. There is simply no comparison to what is typically available for purchase in large grocery stores. We will be purchasing more beef from Stephen. We are thankful to him and his family for the thoughtful care and work that goes into providing top quality food for local families.

This is our first time ordering beef from Brass Family Farm. The process was so easy and smooth! All our questions and curiosities were answered. If you are a thinking of buying beef directly from a farm....this is the place to go! We had always wanted to buy direct from a farm for many reasons (environmental impact, support local farmers, healthy and delicious meat, etc.). We will be return customers.

I have recommended Brass Family Farm to everyone I know. Most importantly the way the raise their cattle has been the primary reason. The grass fed and finished process with no toxins purposefully added, is critical to me. Secondly, the beef has an amazing flavor. I believe that has to do with the breed, and it’s absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
