FANTASTIC FOOD! We bought a box full of goodies for our family BBQ. 15 minites on the grill and we had fall off the bone ribs!! We will do this agaian and again. Well worth the price! And easy to prepare! Thank you so much for making our gathering a success!!
Have had many deer processed here and always came out amazing. The smoked meats and jerky are absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to get some bbq.
I selected the barbequed tri-tip and chicken and garlic bread. All were delicious.
Tim came out to slaughter, but my cows ran away. He hung around for a few but couldn't stay. Half hour after he left, the cows came back. Tim drove back up and only charged me for gas. Quick, clean. 3 weeks later I got the call saying my 550lbs of beefwas ready. Its delicious. Excellent cuts. Great burger. Calling him up next week to butcher a pig.
Didn't come for the meat. Stopped in to tan myself at the amazing tropical shacks right off the road. Stop in any time but make sure to leave a $10 for the owners making it so convenient. There's cameras outside so make sure you do this.
This is a "Whole Service Butcher Shop" that provides "Farm-to-Kitchen" complete services to individuals, farms, and ranches. They have a service vehicle that will roll to your location, or you can bring carcasses in for processing from ranchland or forests. Not many "Full Service" meat processors left in this fine trade. Well known in this area and available for hunters and ranchers near and far. They will process, cut, wrap, case wrap into processed beef stick, jerky, steaks, chops, however you like. Flash freeze and refrigerator available as well. Give em a call or stop by.

Always willing to open up to bring in your game (deer, elk, etc.) Even after hours. They do a good job and have some custom choices that others in the area don't offer.
I have been to a few places but in my opinion this one is the best. awesome job and just very nice people.
