Boston is the best butcher in the valley. You always get your meat back and you get it all. I'm never going anywhere else. There's too many places out there that just take carcass weight and then give you a percentage out of the pile. So when someone brings in that tough old bull, you can wind up with that. Even though you took special care of your animal to make sure everything was going to be wonderful. Someone else will get to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Great selection of different kinds of meats for both the less expensive to the very expensive cuts. People are friendly and knowledgeable about the meat. A little bit expensive for some items but worth the extra cost.

They have been our butcher of choice for several years because of the good job they do in hanging time, cutting to our specifications and also packaging.

My freezer has been filled by Bostons beef and pork several times. The meat is always fantastic and the service is top notch. They also have the best jerky in the valley.

I love their hamburger! Tasty and dont get a bunch of grease and liquid that cooks off. They will package it in the size you ask. The roasts and steaks are very good flavor. Pleased with all products we've gotten there in past. Plan on being a return customer!

We bought a 1/4 if a beer from a friend and had it cut and packaged here. They do a good job and the pricing is fair. However, we ordered 4 steaks to a package and we got one large steak to a package. Also, there are small bits of bone in every package of burger.
