Ordered a whole Berkshire pig from them and it was beyond my expectations. The meat is truly juicy and tender as any I have ever had. My wife and I find ourselves eating more of the fat than we ever had on store bought pork. We will be placing another order soon!

I loved the hamburger and steaks I purchased from Blight Farms last month. I have been wanting to make Sloppy Joes, but I think the ground burger is too good to prepare it any way but on the grill. I don't want to cover the flavor up with sauce!! The steaks we massive and just perfect. Blight were easy to work with and it was a quick and easy transaction. Keep in mind they do not take credit cards BUT Jolly Green Junction in Albion does sell Blight Farms beef and I believe they except EBT and credit/debit cards. Thanks Blights, I will be back!
