I’ve been getting the best butter and cheese products for years from this farm, hands down best I’ve ever had. I buy my loved ones meat as gifts and all i hear is how damn good it is! We buy about 1/4 beef annually and always receive the absolute BEST customer service! We have a freezer full of delicious burger, steaks and roasts as well. The cheese, butter and tallow self care products are outstanding. We've toured the farm and it makes us feel good knowing the exceptional care and concern that goes in to growing our food.

We had some of Bleich steaks gifted to us and they were hands down, the best steaks we have probably ever had! We will definitely be purchasing some for ourselves to enjoy. Can't wait to try more products in the future! Great family with a great business!

I have purchased many of the tallow products from Bleich farms at the Hudson Farmers Market. Can’t believe how great these products are for the body. Began purchasing butter, summer sausage and various cheeses! As well as ground beef. Yummy! Keep going back every Wednesday to try out more of their meats and cheeses.

Nicest farmer family who gives their best of everything for the community. So of the most amazing steaks, burger, beef sticks and cheese I have ever had. GREAT beef - steaks extremely tender and VERY tasty. Burger is lean and as tasty as the steaks. Their butter is SO good - so much better tasting than the 'store bought' stuff. Heck it was almost as good as my homemade butter (made w/milk from my dairy cows).

I can't say enough good things about BFF. I love the beef! If has great flavor and so much better than store bought. We've gotten a variety of good from them, steaks, brisket, roasts, the ground beef of course, and I have personally tried (I believe all) the tallow products which I LOVE, and give as gifts also. Not only are their products great, they are great people too. They are caring, supportive, community oriented people, and just great in general. BFF doesn't just stand for Bleich Family Farms.

I was ordering some top of the line steaks and quite a few and they offered to let me make 2 payments instead of paying all at once!
