These guys are not set up to sell bison hunts! After we took two large bulls- we learned that the tractor had an inoperable hydraulic cylinder and issues with the transmission. Then, we discover there was a single chain on the entire ranch, making it nearly impossible to skin and prepare the bulls. There was no way to hang the meat as there was only one meat hook at the facility! The cooler was also broken with an inoperable compressor. We lost over 500 pounds of meat and possibly the capes, because we could not hang them to cool. The owner is argumentative, obstinate and has no concept of what is needed to provide such a service. He actually recommended that we throw the carcasses in his pond if we wanted them to cool! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
