Great experience overall. Fast loading — I arrived and the trailer was already prepped. Just had to throw on two straps and go. Shipper worked quickly and professionally: paperwork and signatures were handled fast, there was a restroom available, a sink to wash up, and even a water cooler to stay hydrated. I’d easily give it a 5/5… if not for the one issue. The trailer I was given had an ABS light fault. Turns out the shipper had just unplugged the ABS light so it wouldn’t show — genius move, right? 🤷🏻‍♂️ When I asked about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Even though my appointment was set for 1 PM, and they claimed the trailer was prepped before that, clearly they just tried to cover up the issue. I had to fix it myself. So yeah — solid operation, but the trailer trick knocks it down a notch in my book P.S. Parking is easy. If you need to turn around, there’s plenty of space. Entry and exit are simple, and there’s no traffic in or out of the lot. Makes the whole experience smoother.

The people here work hard to get you unloaded quickly! There is a good washout area in back with a nice high flow water hose. Decent sized lot for over night parking, but watch out for parked equipment. Sign in at night by office in silver box. They will call you in am to get paperwork. Very friendly and again hard workers to get you on your way. Only a porta potty next to machine shed. They do have coffee in the office in the am if you wish but ASK FOR IT!

FCFS / Check in: 9AM / Out: 2:15PM Overnight parking available inside. Park and walk to shipper. Wait for assignment door. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Don’t expect to be quick.

I’ve been hauling tater outta Live Oak during fresh season and I love come down to the friendly faces and wonderful environment that the lady’s have made there I wish they could all be as amazing as them

Overnight truck parking available, when you get here sign in on clipboard outside office door, to get your truck in line. Office opens at 7am, They load by order FCFS, I showed up at 7am for my 8am appt. And im #11.😣 They load you on a scale, so no need for empty weight ticket, Hope this helps, Stay safe drivers. And don't forget, as with all potatoes and onions...... you must have a refer or open vents (vented van) on your trailer. But for a $250 fee, the shipper will cut holes in it for ya. (Very bad idea)

Very friendly and courteous people. Have alot of room for overnight parking. They clean out your trailer. You load on a scale and loader puts on what weight you want. A good place to load. Bilingual also.

Very fast, 15 minute load. Make sure your trailer is clean...recommend washout. Friendly. Overnight parking. Opens 7 am. Highly recommend.

Easily the best place in FL to load potatoes. The ladies in the office are amazing (Aida, Alma and Kayla) and do their jobs tremendously well. It has been a pleasure working with them for the last 15 years and we look forward to the next 15. Their corporate office is very easy to work with and are always professional. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. If I could give 6 stars I would :)

Staff is very friendly . Got loaded quick and like that there's plenty of place to do a turn around..location is very clean and has over night parking..
