When the old man ran the place the meat was local. Since he’s gone his daughter runs the place. Pretty big shoes to fill I would say. Shes holding up his memory. It’s not easy quartering sides of beef daily. It’s a lot of work! Is it perfect, no. None of us are but the cuts are good and price is reasonable. You’re doing a fine job lady’s. May God bless you.

We love Birds Meat Market, we grew up with my mom & dad getting their meat there & now as an adult we still love going there... The quality of their meat is always amazing, and we've never had a complaint about the cost, flavor, or cut of all that they sell!! My entire family will continue to shop there for as long as they're around which God willing will be a very long time!!

The food was good but the service was super slow. The other people there didn't seem to mind. It felt like they were all regulars there. It's a very popular place in town

The employees are amazing. The meat is tastes great. Love the prices of the meat bundles and what cuts we get in them and the 45 minute trip to the store is well worth it.

I discovered this place from a Google search. It's out in the country. I haven't gone home and cooked any but the pork I bought on sale looks excellent and I can't wait to eat some. The place is busy enough that there were three people ahead of me but the wait was reasonable. I went again today. They had 50lb bags of potatoes and chicken treats on sale. They also had excellent looking parsnips. I got a bag of them. I looked at their tomatoes on sale. They were harder than a rock so I passed.

Wow! Amazing quality and prices. I am extremely fussy and a food snob so I was initially skeptical about trying a new meat market that was an hour drive away. SO glad we made the decision to try Bird's and will now make the trip with coolers in hand to purchase the Mixed Meat Bundle again and again. Keep up the great quality Birds! Today was my first visit. We went for the potatoes that were on sale. Of course I bought extra. Their meat prices were reasonable. The cashier was friendly. Great service. I will return.
