I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! Steve and Kristie are absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and truly made us feel so special. The venue itself is breathtaking. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the staff are so attentive and professional. The food is also amazing. Everything flowed seamlessly, and it truly was the most magical day. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place that not only looks amazing but also has a team that genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable.

From start to finish with wedding planning it was an easy and seamless process! Chef Steve and his wife Kristie were very forthcoming. They made planning and finalizing details very seamless. They were there to answer any questions and were very knowledgeable. The food was phenomenal and chef works with you to make a personalized menu. All the staff was helpful from setting up everything to making sure you have what you need. Everyone was friendly and energetic through the evening and into the night, they helped make it a perfect day!

My wife and I attended a the wedding of a friend’s son at Binksberry Hollow on Friday, August 8th and it was magnificent! This was the most beautiful, most perfect wedding venue that I have ever been to. If I could pick one thing that sets Binksberry Hollow apart, it would be Chef Steven’s and his incredible wife Kristie’s attention to detail. It is apparent that EVERY SINGLE THING MATTERS! They strive not only to make the bride and groom happy, but they go the extra 100 miles to make sure that every guest leaves their beautiful property thoroughly ‘wow’ed! The property is a paradise. The decorating is impeccable. The food was plentiful and incredibly delicious! When it comes to hospitality, though, the Binks’ have clearly conveyed the level of hospitality that they expect their guests to experience and let me tell you, every member of their team understood the assignment. The hospitality delivered by Mr. And Mrs. Binks and crew were at a standard that might make the folks at Disney blush. I would never hesitate ye recommend Binksberry Farm for any corporate or personal event. This is hands down the finest event venue in western New York!

We had our wedding August 7th. They made everything magical for me and my family. Mrs.B is amazing and treated me like I was one of her own babies. Not only recommended for weddings, but stop into there amazing butcher shop.. I have never been disappointed

From a guests perspective. The whole team at Binksberry was amazing. The wedding event was a full day at the facility. The ceremony, reception and I’m guessing a lot of their formal pictures were all done at Binksberry. The grounds were stunning. They have a few water features that would make for awesome backdrops for photos. The indoor area we congregated before the ceremony had a nice country vibe. There were plenty of team members working the bar area serving up drinks or making some amazing looking cocktails. The staff working the floor was always there to either tidy up the table or attend to needs you might have. The actual ceremony was outside. They have a nice area with some lovely plants and flowers. The wedding party was up on an elevated area for the ceremony which is nice because everyone could see them. My only suggestion would be to move the tall arborvitae away from the middle area of that lower garden. The reception was held outside under the tent. They had plenty of tall heaters to help with the chilly evening. The dinner was buffet style and the food was amazing. Again, the staff was there to attend to needs. Currently in a sling post surgery, the lead came over and asked if I needed some assistance getting my dinner. I had my wife close by to assist but the lead insisted that her team help out. One of the team members dished me up, explained what everything was and escorted me back to my seat. When talking to the groom’s parents, they said that Binksberry was their first and only stop when planning their big day. I can see why. We have 3 kids, all getting to that age. Despite not being around the corner for us, the level of customer service and attention to details would make it well worth the country drive to get there.

They didn’t just help us plan a wedding; they welcomed us like family. Every detail was handled with so much care and intention, and it was clear from day one that they were genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and passion shined through every step of the way. The farm-to-table experience was a major highlight. The food was absolutely phenomenal! Fresh, seasonal, and bursting with flavor. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. Knowing it was all locally sourced, much of it right from the farm, made it feel even more personal and meaningful. What truly blew us away was the atmosphere Steven and Kristi have cultivated at Binksberry Hollow. It’s more than just a venue, it’s a labor of love, and you feel that in every corner of the property and every moment of your time there. We were able to be fully present on our big day, knowing we were in the best hands possible. If you’re looking for a venue that’s breathtaking, personal, and run by people who truly care this is it. Binksberry Hollow was the best decision we made, and we will forever be grateful to Steven and Kristi for helping us create the wedding of our dreams.

I attended a wedding here not only was the view amazing; so was the staff and food. One of the best weddings I've gone to! Can't wait to come here again!

Just got back from an amazing wedding at this venue yesterday. The staff were incredible. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and the venue is gorgeous. The food was absolutely outstanding.

We celebrated our daughter's wedding here yesterday 9/20/25. We cannot begin to explain how wonderful our experience was. From the day we booked the venue straight thorough the end of our stay with them. Steven and his wife Christie were so easy to work with and made the planning process so seamless and stress free. The food was absolutely AMAZING! From the cocktail hour filled with snacks and specialty cocktails through the unbelievable dessert buffet they produced. The wedding party was pampered with drinks and a wonderful lunch menu as well. We truly cannot compliment the entire staff enough for making our special day a dream come true. I cannot speak highly enough about our wedding last night at Binksberry Hollow, the grounds are gorgeous the staff is exceptional and the food is amazing. They are very helpful along the way in planning and so supportive day of. You do not have to worry about going without food/ drink if you have your wedding here because they make sure you are so catered to your night and so are your guests. Our friends and family have raved about their experience and we are so beyond grateful for the perfect wedding day BH offered us. Hoping to be back for another event soon!
