Beware of the Non-Refundable Policy — Even for Valid Concerns Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Bingham Farm and cannot recommend them. From the start, it was clear this was not what we expected or were promised. The pictures on the website were misleading, and the facility appeared run-down, with exposed pipes on the ground and a general lack of upkeep. Upon arrival, a staff member introduced herself as the “mean grandma here to keep an eye on the kids,” which felt highly inappropriate and unsettling—especially for a place meant to provide a positive experience for children. My children had a very negative experience on the first day, and I reached out to see if we could find a solution. Unfortunately, the farm was completely unwilling to work with me in any way and refused to refund any part of the $600 we had paid, despite us only attending for three hours. Their rigid, no-refund policy—regardless of circumstances—is not only unreasonable, but also a poor business practice. I strongly urge other families to think twice before booking, as any dissatisfaction or need to cancel will likely result in a complete loss of your payment. This was not the experience we hoped for, and it’s important that others are aware.
Ms. Whitney and her family are the kindest people. My 8 year old has been attending Bingham Farms homeschool co op since last September and he absolutely loves it. Wyatt has never done well with traditional learning and since being involved with Ms. Whitneys farm school he has made such great strides in reading and writing, not to mention he’s made the best friends. I highly recommend to all !
My son absolutely LOVES Bingham Farm Co-op. He always loves it when “farm school” days roll around. He has learned so much through their lessons while also allowing him to freely explore and also learn through play. I’m so excited for him to start back again.
My daughter loves farm co-op day! Bingham Farm has been a wonderful learning experience for her and a great addition to our homeschool! Highly recommend!
