We love their ham loaf and take one to our family reunion every year. For a glaze, I drizzle Maple syrup on it about ½ hour before it's done, although it doesn't really need anything else. This is the best ham loaf I've ever had. Delicious! And, it's always been a friendly atmosphere when we walk in. They're very helpful. Thank you, Bill's!
I absolutely love bills meat market. But the last 2 times I've been in there, the employee isn't wearing gloves when she is touching the meat I ask for. And I didn't see her wash her hands before. So I washed my pork chops really good when I got home. Please wear gloves!!
We are visiting the area and have been wanting a real meat market to shop. We were so happy we found Bill’s! We are only in the area for a couple of months but we will definitely come back here to buy some more meat before we leave. The ladies that assisted us were all very kind and efficiently quick. We bought the Bargain Pack meat bundle and it is totally worth it!!

This was definitely a gem in Peru. Great quality cuts and prices are definitely fair.
