Bethesda Farm is a local farm that focuses on providing high-quality, soy-free eggs and healthy chickens. The business emphasizes supporting local agriculture and offers products that are marketed as better than pasture-raised. They also engage with their community and promote a Christian ethos in their operations.
Why are the egg yolks runny? very pale yellow. I saw another review that you all responded to and I see some other reviews of them being solid orange which is what I was hoping for. Any thoughts on being able to guarantee a more orange yolk? I like the idea of the Christian company and "better than pasture raised" but I also bought from another company once that claimed to be "better than pasture raised" and got the same results. I really want to support y'all and really also want my eggs as fresh as possible but I keep turning out with yellow runny yolks whereas with regular pasture raised I usually get solid orange yolks.
I love supporting local businesses and I was excited to discover the farm is only an hour away from where we live. Found these at Publix and I am happy to pay the higher price (compared to the $2 carton of mass produced eggs). Made eggs this morning for breakfast. When I opened the carton I loved seeing the different color eggs and it reassured me they were legit. The taste and quality were 5 stars! I will only purchase these eggs from now on.
Love their soy free eggs. Only problem for me is finding them . Whole Foods markets are only in Big cities and fortunately I don't live in a big city, but unfortunately Whole Foods is a powerful company.
Great place to get your pullets, I am Very Happy with the girls Charlie picked out for me. Awesome Chickens Very Healthy, and they are happy and easy to handle, plus they fit right in with my current Flock of Bird's. Plus saved 10 dollars a bird for taking a drive ... well worth the trip. Thanks Charlie
Poor quality eggs. Vary pale yellow yolk and runny. Very hard to believe these are pasture raised and/or fresh. Im not the one to complain but this is disappointing as I bought solely on the reason of supporting local business.
Had my first soy-free eggs for breakfast today! Big orange yolks, tasted as fresh as if they were laid yesterday, delicious!
Just purchased two dozen eggs for the first time....❤❤❤❤them...thank you to all the farmers and their employees for being there for us in a time like now...God bless and will keep supporting you guys...besides I support small farms and organic not factory farmed....
