We came to Kat because of the dishonest practices of another processing plant we had used for years that had started giving us beef and pork that that we knew wasn't ours because of the poor quality and quantity that we that we weren't getting what we were supposed to receive. We have been very happy with the results from Kat at Berry's and it is because of that, that I insist that I will only buy meat that is processed by Berry's.
