So far I have tried the the filet mignon (8-9 ounces) and I have to say it's absolutely delicious and incredibly tender! My husband loved it too! Customer service is awesome. The package presentation is really nice. The bag they ship it in is reusable, which is really cool. I also like that they don't ship the products in styrofoam coolers. Benjamin Lee Bison is a great place to buy quality bison meat and I look forward to making more purchases in the near future.
Originally contacted Benjamin Lee Bison in regards to a bison bone for one of our indigenous ceremonies. They were extremely helpful. I then ordered some meat and it was delivered promptly. The meat is better than any bison I have bought at any store. It's the best cuts and they are really well priced. Will definitely be a return customer.
