The meats are amazing! The maple sausage is the best we have ever had! And we ordered meat and cheese trays for Christmas and they were the best in the area!

Great selection of meats to choose from, the owner is delightful. I'd definitely recommend this butcher shop for your household meats.

I picked up a #2 meat bundle yesterday for my daughter’s birthday party. It only had two packs of hot dogs even though the website lists four. We did not have enough. When I called to ask for two more, they told me they downsized their meat bundles due to inflation. I told them they did not update their website and they still did not offer to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, the man on the phone used a very sarcastically sweet voice to speak with me. We will not be going back. The other meat markets in town are very nice and seem to care more about customer service.

Great selection of meat and cheese. Picked up my Easter hams and they look amazing. Also tried the award winning beef dogs! Delish! Friendly and helpful staff!

I'd put no stars cuz who gives out old steaks. Oh yea down town Meats but you gotta pay a day ahead of time so they can see which old steaks they can give you. I bought a BBQ bundle ND my hubby all excited he unthaws couple just for them to be all Grey.. she tried to give me a Grey one I looked at it ND said this doesn't even look good, she says "OH ITS THE SEASONING." I said well can I get one without seasoning.. ANYWAY no more bundles from there. Guess STITZ WORTH IS THE SHIZZ!!

Bought excellent stuffed pork chops after requesting them the day before. We grilled them. They came out moist and tender. The Ground beef purchased yesterday was also extremely good. Can't wait to try the brats.

I'm from out of town but frequent Bemidji fairly often. I was on the hunt for some smoked Salmon and thought I'd pop in to see if they maybe had it. They did. I was a little turned off because it was $20/pound and it was seasoned with lemon pepper... but whatever. The guy serving us immediately started saying how theirs is "award winning" and is better than Morey's in Baxter and that Morey's fish is always dry (never experiencedsuch a thing unless I bought the nuggets that are made to be that). I bought a pound. When I got back to the cabin, I couldn't believe it.I had never experienced "dry" smoked Salmon but the stuff I bought literally was so dry it wouldn't even flake apart. I was very disappointed. I know the owners of Morey's in Baxter and theirs is definitely a little salty, but never dry. It's also a bit cheaper. I generally grab a couple pounds when heading North. My favorite place for smoked Salmon is Louie's in Cumberland, WI and we buy there twice a month....for $14/pound. No need for added flavors either because it's smoked Salmon. We also tried the beef sticks. I loved the casings and flavor, but the filling was ground to a paste like texture and was a little odd. Well probably try other things and maybe it was just a fluke but trash talking competition and hyping up their inferior product that was indeed terrible was sad.

This place is so clean you could eat off the floor. Always a plus at a butcher’s. In all my years of going there, I have never had a bad cut of meat. The people there are awesome, even when you walk in the door five minutes before they close on a Saturday. Eating a Gio Supreme Pizza Brat is something of a religious experience to a sausage fanatic. I love this store.

We bought a couple ribeyes here a day ago, charcoaled them tonight at the cabin and believe they may be the best we've had! 5 stars!!

I called in needing some ideas for a REALTOR open house and was suggested to pick up packs of their meat snack sticks. I arrived a few minutes early and within no time they had my large order ready. Very pleasant and helpful! Everything looks great, was stocked, and clean.

i shopped here for awhile, until my brother cannot go here anymore, he was treated unfairly at this place, i came to the realisation that this is a "white's only" establishment. i have no idea when they have changed to this, but yea minorities are treated different here.

Very good cut's of meat and smoke jerky..Lots of different kinds of cheese..

Friendly, helpful butchers who can answer my questions on cuts. Pricing is competitive. Great ground breakfast sausage as well as spiced sausage for Italian meals and many other choices. Ham salad for charcuterie.

Great variety and clean store. The stew meat we picked up was the best I ever had. Looking forward to trying the other things we purchased.

The young ladys are great there! Got tbone steaks, porterhouse, old faahioned beef jerky and the beef and chedder dragon stick. It was all very good. Thank you very much. Phil

I'd give this place no stars if I could! Got rotten meat from there and the owner didn't want to refund me. Thought I was lying! Well I'll write a letter to the BBB and never buy meats from there again! Also my family won't be buying from them again... they will be losing lots of business!

Love this place! I can get small single serving size on some of the Meats. Good & friendly service. Love Dustin's brats.

Really good quality meat. Spendy but worth it in my opinion. I especially enjoy the ribeye steaks they have here and the hotshot hotdogs with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese.
