This is a very long, honest, and detailed review. I think we may have picked the worst day to visit, which was Sunday afternoon, because this place was absolutely packed. Bello Poultry Market has tremendous potential, but the overall experience felt chaotic and disorganized. The biggest issue is staffing. For the number of customers coming in, there simply were not enough employees. I genuinely felt bad for the staff because they were clearly overworked. The lines were long for everything, including food, drinks, bathrooms, and even finding a place to sit. On top of that, the process was very fragmented. You wait in one line for food, then another for drinks, and then spend another 15 to 20 minutes searching for a table. It made the whole visit stressful instead of enjoyable. The food itself was average. They were out of many of the menu items, which was surprising considering this is also a market with fresh meat and produce on display. Portion sizes for the meat dishes were small and overpriced, and quality was inconsistent. One steak was tender and delicious while the other was so tough it was barely edible. None of the food had seasoning, not even a pinch of salt. Even the fries were bland, and there was no salt available at the tables. On the plus side, you could taste the freshness of the meat, which was a highlight. The drinks were another disappointment. The juices and smoothies were warm and melted, and there was no ice in them, nor available for purchase. On a hot day, that was very disappointing. On the positive side, the staff was very kind and tried their best despite being short-handed. One even gave me a small gift, which was thoughtful and appreciated. The baklava was excellent and probably the best part of the meal. The space is family friendly, with a large outdoor area for kids to run around. The overall vibe feels unique and makes you want to root for this place. With better organization and some changes in management, Bello Poultry Market could truly become something special. If they streamlined their process, added table service, and polished up the dining experience, it could easily become a destination that people would happily pay more for. Right now, it feels like a business with great potential that is struggling to keep up.

First of all, this place is massive ! It's very beautiful. Well decorated , outdoor seating to eat .. The food is super delicious. Love the smoke barbecue meats ... The fresh foods like chicken and beans and rice was very tasty and delicious. Unfortunately I went in a busy time. The line was very long and only one girl was packing the food and cashing out which was very difficult on her and the waiting time was a bit long but the food is worth it... No complaint. Great place! Definitely will be visiting back...

Bello has an amazing atmosphere that provides perfect appetizing ambiance to its customers. The restuarant has aromatic charcoal grilled meats at the entrance and the floral , gardening & landscaping layout add beauty to the place. There's in a nice convenient parking lot from where this journey begins. The food is juicy & delicious that's accompanied by fresh fruit juices. The supermarket offers great varieties of farm fresh fruit, vegetables and meats. The desserts are mouth-watering & nicely prepared & presented. It's a perfect family spot in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York & the crowded customers are a proof of their service & taste.

Great place to purchase fresh poultry. Beef and fruits. They also have freshly made ice cream in the summer, fresh juices and an outdoor pit for barbecue. Inside there is an amazing coffee bar and delicious cakes. There is also freshly made food you can pick up and eat outside on their picnic tables. The outdoor seating area is beautifully decorated with flowers and plants like a peaceful oasis in the middle of a busy town.

A good place to eat with family and friends. But I would suggest to come during weekdays because weekends are way too packed. Expect a long wait for the foods and parking on weekends. They have bbq, rice, kebabs, live poultry, fresh groceries and much more options. They also have fresh fruits cups, coconuts, corns, bakeries, cakes, and falooda. They have a big place to eat outside and children play ground. Price is reasonable given the fact customers have options to eat fresh foods. I would recommend their beef and chicken adana kebab or steaks. Their live bbq spot is also good. I wouldn’t come here during weekend though because they do not have enough people to serve such a big crowd. I wouldn’t definitely come during weekday and enjoy their food & fresh groceries.

Absolutely amazing place to visit with family and friends. The whole farm looks so beautiful and the ambience is really nice. The gardens make it more beautiful to enjoy. I tried their BBQ chicken and beef and absolutely loved it Recommended✨✨✨

This used to be a poultry shop back in the day and has now grown to become an iconic and beautiful market for fresh meats and vegetables. They serve fresh juices, and freshly cooked meats. The outdoor area is gorgeous with ample seating space, lots of colorful green and floral arrangements. Prices are reasonable considering how many things are farm to table. Had a wonderful time visiting here and looking forward to coming by many more times!!

Truly a hidden gem in Holbrook, NY. First time here today and we fell in love…feels like paradise with the gorgeous flowers at the outdoor seating area. We enjoyed delicious fluffy pistachio cheesecake and complimentary chai tea. All the employees were so friendly! We will be back for more food very soon!

Beyond the fantastic market selection, the prepared food is delicious and definitely worth trying. But the real star for me was the raspberry smoothie; it was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and easily one of the best I've ever had. What ties the whole experience together is the great customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the market and its customers.
