After years of living in a large city without regular access to fresh meat and produce, I made it a goal to source out local and natural food once I moved to Bozeman a few years ago. Family owned and operated; Belcrest Farms sets the bar high! Their mission really resonated with me and their passion goes so much further than just producing meat. This can be seen in the way they care for their animals, the community, and their family. Jeff and Michelle are always there to answer your questions and have the most delicious cuts. Highly recommended - You will not be disappointed!

First off, the quality of beef that comes from Belcrest Farms is absolutely amazing! From the ground beef to the prime rib, every bite is perfect. I will never in my life buy beef from the grocery store again. In addition, the family behind Belcrest is the most caring and attentive I have ever met. Their cattle receive the best care and I can truly say they are happy animals! Believe it or not most of your grocery store beef isn’t raised on American soil. Belcrest gives you the opportunity to know exactly where your beef is coming from! Good people, good meat, can’t go wrong here.

Does our family like meat? Yes, we do. Did I ever think one small, cattle ranch in Montana would be the reason we would need an entire second freezer to hold all the meat we purchase because we love Belcrest Farms so much? Sure didn’t but here we are! Not only is this first generation cattle ranching family sweet and fun, they are knowledgeable and passionate about distributing high quality, fresh, humanely raised beef. Even our kids are spoiled by the quality of the beef from Belcrest Farms and ask if what we are eating is a Belcrest burger or Belcrest steak. There is a noticeable difference in the quality and taste of this beef. We can’t wait to keep our freezers (both of them) stocked with Belcrest Farms beef for years to come!

Really great quality beef products. My wife and I have tried ground beef, stew meat, chuck roasts, and steaks and they have all been excellent. We’ve purchased several favorites cuts a few times and it’s been very consistent quality. Local Bozeman family runs it and they’re great.

I am an avid red meat eater and decided to give them a try. I must admit it was probably one of the best New York Strip steaks I have ever eaten. Awesome flavor and very tender. I just picked up some tri-tip and short ribs that I cannot wait to try. Home grown, local and amazing!!! Nice work guys!!

I live in Northern California, Auburn to be exact, and can’t find beef of this quality anywhere out here. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the beef, the family and everything about my experience! Amazing people!!
