Bedias Creek Farms appears to be a local farm business that primarily sells grass-fed beef products, as evidenced by customer reviews praising their NY strip steaks. The business seems to operate at a small scale, focusing on selling directly to consumers at farmer's markets. However, there are indications of management issues and customer service challenges.
I purchased three NY strip steaks at the Fall Creek Farmer's Market, and I have to say, these steaks are incredible. If you love the grass fed taste, which is super-beefy and rich, they really deliver. Price wise, it's an incredible value compared to the grass fed steaks at Whole Foods. (It's honestly not even close. These are way less expensive.) I definitely recommend their beef.
Lost me with the "we are owned by women". Let your work speak for itself. Be humble. You can't pioneer based on gender. That's not what pioneering means.
I hope this is merely miscommunication, I want to give the benefit of doubt here, but I am not satisfied on several points. My order was accepted & charged (adjustments to be made according to final weights accepted). However, my prepaid order was incomplete when picked up - I had to remind them of what was in the order, which was added while I waited. There were also two items missing entirely which they didn't have. An arbitrary amount was offered for refund of 1 missing item which was declined and credit requested (so that an accurate amount could be assessed in due course). An updated receipt of charges for the products purchased was requested - but was never received. I also found that one package of product was not labeled with their name but that of the processing plant (possibly organic grass fed & finished .... or not?). My emails have not been answered. Disappointing experience with this company, especially as a new customer. *** Despite their text... added 2 years later ... nothing was ever 'resolved'. I never heard from them again, and it's so not worth the hassle. This was merely to remove it from their unresolved data!
sold out of everything, poorly managed. this business is more like a neighbor to neighbor model. They really arent setup to sell to more than 8-10 households periodically.
Thanks Aaron, and thanks for supporting local farmers!
