It’s so important to shop local, and where else to do it but at Beatty Stone Farms? Not only is this farm easy to access, but the owners are always willing to answer any questions and make recommendations on different cuts of meat available. The animals live their lives in an environment where they are treated humanely, and raised organically. Let’s be honest, this is something that many other farms are lacking in these days! Knowing where our food comes from is extremely important. We had the opportunity to attend the fall festival and purchased many different cuts of meat, pumpkins, soaps, and local honey. We also were able to meet the pigs! They have a beautiful farm stand set up at the end of the farms driveway, that I highly suggest you stop by and take a look in. Happy shopping!

I have had the opportunity to visit Beatty stone farms and have witnessed how well these heritage hogs are cared for, fed & nurtured. The flavor, quality and the texture of the pork reflects their environment. The owners provide incredible care for their heritage Mangalitsa hogs, with certified feeds supplemented with their own farm-grown root crops. An added bonus is the syrup made from the Beatty Stone Farms maple tree sap. Slowly and carefully raised hogs produce the outstanding pork products that Mangalitsas and Beatty Stone Farms are known for.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have a local farm that is incredibly attentive to both ethical practices and producing high quality products. We are 100% loyal customers now and highly recommend to all of our friends.

The best pork you will ever have. Simply delicious. I refuse to share the bacon with my family it’s that good.
