Love Rod and his family, amazing quality bison meat!!! Wouldn’t buy from any where else. We love the bison hot dogs. My 21 month old son loves the breakfast sausages and pastrami..... way better than pork. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality meat vs our supermarket meat. A 5+ star review! The meat is fabulous and Rod is a wealth of information. The andouille bison sausage makes my gumbo out of this world. Bison burgers are lean and delicious. A must visit for anyone wanting high quality farm raised bison.

Bison raised with respect and allowed to live like Bison makes healthy meats. If we are what we eat, then this is the food I want. A family farm who cares. The Bison is delicious. Definitely worth the drive away from corporate chain grocery store to experience food the way nature intended.
Came across this farm on a recent search & had the opportunity to visit the farm and shop in Coopersburg. Rod is a great guy who was kind enough to explain and share the in's-and-out's of the business from breeding to processing to sales. Without hesitation, we purchased several pounds of lean bison meat and the taste and quality was unbeatable. Happy to have found this gem in the Lehigh Valley!
