Alameda Marketplace is a vibrant food court and grocery market that offers a variety of local vendors, including restaurants, bakeries, and specialty shops. It focuses on providing unique, organic, and high-quality products, making it a popular destination for those looking to support local businesses. The marketplace features a butcher shop, which suggests a diverse range of food options available to customers.
I love how the influence of local artists shines through in this beautiful space! The food court offers a great variety of restaurants, and the clean, welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a feast!
This is my favorite market to visit even though I don't buy much except for special occasions. The on-site restaurants and coffee /bakeries make it a great option for when you've got plenty of time to spend shopping. Just be aware that most everything here is in the "be prepared to pay extra or be disappointed" category. Nonetheless, if you want to treat yourself to something nice while also supporting local merchants, this is a great way to do it.
Total ghost town on the weekends, with most vendors closing early on Saturday and Sunday. This place should bill itself as a mom and pop supermarket rather than saying it houses food vendors. For a place that’s open from 8-8 daily (8-7 on Sunday), they should demand that their vendors do the same.
Niche collection of fancy, expensive and organic options. Never too crowded. Some of the proudest cashiers are waiting here to be replaced by AI
Truly a one stop shop! Not only unique grocery but coffee shop, bakery, butcher, wine and cheese store, florist, sushi shop, healthy salad shop and Mediterranean take out! I’m there weekly!
This is a conglomerate of multiple businesses in one location. Wine and cheese shop is lovely, the butcher/fishmonger has high quality goods and reasonable prices, the grocery is more expensive than other options, but has some hard to find ingredients but their produce section is not great - staff is lovely though. There is a baker and some other businesses onsite which I have not explored and on which I cannot comment.
I love the market and Feel Good bakery. There are other food places, but I don't go to those. They seem to be busy often so they're probably good.
Cute marketplace, pretty pricey especially for produce. I like going to greens and grains for their steak salad. Yum
Love the fresh produce & the (not sure of the right names but) separate places to order delicious food ready to eat very quickly
The ginger molasses cookie was peppery, sweet, and had a firm but not fully crispy outer crust, with a slightly gooey center.
