If I could give him 0 stars I would. We drove 2 hours to get to this place. We picked 2 animals and left becausehe said the butcher isn'tavailable. We came back next day to collect the processed meat and it was 80% fat and only 20% meat. If you decide to buy from this place. Make sure the animal you chose is the one you get. Don't leave, have them slaughtered in front of you and leave with it the same day!
Nice animals and good people. Lamb was very good, my mom enjoyed it.
