Acre Station Meat Farm

WOW, what a wonderful place. it was the first time here 04/29/2025 at 06:45 am. The store was very clean and orderly. The carry all kinds of items like most grocery / meat stores and the have a large isle dedicated to candy. They have a serve yourself breakfast , lunch and dinner line with many items to choose from. My sister and I had breakfast, I had 2 different types of sausages , a pork chop and scrambled eggs. My sister had sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. We both had coffee . The sausages were great as were the eggs and the pork chop was the best I ever had. They have a nice little area to sit and eat. The staff are very professional, very friendly and attentive. I will be back for sure. My hat off to the wonderful staff for making my day.

Stopped in at Acre Station and grabbed a chicken-fried pork chop from the à la carte menu for just $3.49—and it was outrageously good. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned like somebody’s grandma still runs the kitchen. Honestly, it tasted like comfort food with a PhD. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful—like the kind of folks who make you feel like family even if it’s your first time through the door. And don’t get me started on the candy selection—it’s a nostalgic wonderland of sweets, the kind that makes you forget why you came in and walk out with a bag full of childhood memories. Between the great food, warm service, and enough candy to stock a corner store, Acre Station knows exactly how to turn a quick stop into a highlight of your day.

Great breakfast biscuits and hands down best cheese biscuits in the area. Their new hot bar is great home cooked food. I need to stay away for my workout schedule LOL

It has turned into a candy store. The people that own it would have one hell of a business if they would put gas and fuel in. And make the fuel price competitive.

Acres was amazing! We got 90ish lbs of meat for under $400. Great tasting, fresh cut and easy to order. They were friendly and easy to pick up.

Greatest customer service I've experienced in almost any business I've ever been too. So worth the drive. A little slice of good ole' country service with a smile and then some. This place is such a gem. I love going back. Plus they have things you can find anywhere else. Organ meats are the new superfood and they have it in spades. Can't wait to go back.

I just moved here from TN and found this place. I seen they have meat boxes. Drove almost an hour to get here to find out they dont have them till January. But other then that the store is clean good prices. Be back in January

When I come to NC I always shop at Acre Station. The quality of produce and meats are worth the drive. The bacon is one of my favorites. Perfect meat packages too for stocking the freezer or family gatherings. Must stop here if you're BBQ and grilling!

Grill serves breakfast and lunch. Butchers harvested deer and packages it to order. Basic grocery items. Country grocery to serve the folks who live out here. Nice selection of specialty preserves, jams and jellies though.

They now stock Wells BBQ Sauce again. The crew was very nice and professional this morning, going into the back and finding me the gallon container (as the shelf was sold out). Support local businesses when possible!

When I saw “meat farm” I was expecting a store with a butcher and nothing but meat for sale. Instead it is basically a country grocery store. I did buy some good looking ribeyes but their prices are high like everywhere else.

FABULOUS 👌 would give them 10 stars if I could. My kind of store much better than "regular" grocery store. Husband and I only need 3 small ribs and they repackaged a larger pkg to give me 3. How kind and thoughtful. The candy area was great …

Mildly scary name, great meats and other stuff that goes well with meats. Went today and picked up some great sausage, sauces and rubs.

Store is set up for easy shopping. Hot food available to buy for lunch or take home to reheat for dinner. Processing section is awesome. Works with you to get you animals processed and packaged for your freezer. Fast and friendly service.
