Great little family owned butcher shop. They have everything you could possibly need and competitive prices. The staff are the best! Always have a smile. They work with me on a bulk order evety year for our youth church camp. We are very thankful to have them in Marion!
This shop is spotless! I never worry about the quality or freshness of the meat because the shop is so clean. The prices are very reasonable too. The pork chops are top notch and have a better flavor than grocery store chops. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They also have freezer packages that are a great price.
Quality meat. I have done a side by side comparison with Walmart and Food Giant. The difference in easily seen and tasted. A Cut Above is far above the other 2 stores. Friendly, courteous staff. I love the bundles.
Best Ground Beef....? FAT run out. Shrunk up to nothing BURGERS. New York Strips $24.00 for 2. Mind was all gristle,couldn't cut up thin enough to CHEW. The other one, you could Eat, but absolutely no flavor. Sirloin Steak we bought for Philly's , was all tough, gristle. I am going back to Wal-Mart and buy my Meat. My husband wanted to buy from a BUTCHER SHOP.👎No More.😞
