we ordered shanks for an Osso Bucco. I was the best one we ever made. The meat was marbled, rich tasting, and with plenty of marrow. We also got to taste 2 steaks. They were amazing, having the deep taste of wagyu beef. We will order again.
The best wagyu I’ve ever had! We have had a variety of cuts and they were all delicious. The beef jerky was also a huge hit in our house.
