I ordered a six-type sample pack about a year ago and have been highly satisfied by the quality! I have been trying each variety in my home bread baking and am impressed. I mill the wheat berries using a NutriMill. I love knowing that they are organic, have high protein content, and come from Oklahoma. The customer service was also great, they pointed me to the sample pack via email. 10/10 would buy again (and will soon because I’m almost out).
I’ve recently started making my own bread and wanted to find local wheat to mill. This company has been so friendly when I’ve called with questions and the shipping is so fast. Only complaint is that I wish they were closer to Tulsa! I will continue to buy from them and hopefully make a trip over to buy more.
