Located on three acres in Mooresville, AL, 1818 Farms was founded by Natasha McCrary in 2013. Named for the year Mooresville was incorporated (one year before Alabama became a state), the farm honors local history while embracing sustainable practices. The property includes 15,000+ flowers, small livestock, and a historic village backdrop, reflecting a blend of agricultural heritage and modern lifestyle branding.
The farm prioritizes sustainability through heirloom seed preservation, small-batch production, and eco-friendly packaging. Their Seed to Vase initiative educates visitors on flower cultivation and arrangement. Workshops and events—ranging from pressed flower art to eco-printing—emphasize hands-on learning. Products are handmade with therapeutic-grade ingredients, and the farm hosts self-guided tours every Friday during bloom season.
1818 Farms sells skincare (like award-winning Shea Creme), candles, home goods, and floral arrangements. Their 'Where I Bloom' collection includes state-themed coasters and discounted bundles. The farm also offers subscription services for personalized product delivery and wholesale partnerships. Unique items include resin art trays and eco-printed silk scarves, all crafted on-site.
Self-guided tours run Fridays, May–August, from 1–3 PM. Visitors can stroll through flower fields, explore the drying room, and shop skincare and artisan goods at The Cottage. Private tours and workshops are available for groups, with options like pressed flower candle holders and dried flower wreath-making. Admission is free, but comfortable shoes are recommended.
Products are sold online, in stores nationwide, and via the farm’s catalog. A subscription service allows customers to set custom delivery schedules. Wholesale inquiries and retailer partnerships are encouraged through the farm’s contact list. Discounts and bundles (e.g., the 'Will You Be My Bridesmaid?' gift set) are available online with codes like WIB26.

Last night friends and I did the Bloom Stroll at the farm and it was such a fun experience! Natasha was a great host and so knowledgeable. The gardens were gorgeous! I loved learning about the flowers and arranging them to make a beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend this event. It’s a great activity to do with a group of friends!
I took a Bloom and Stroll class at the Farm. It was such an awesome experience! You can tell they love their animals and are very knowledgeable. I love the bouquet they taught us to create!
They're not open just now for retail sales, but we got to see the beautiful gardens and speak with employees about our mutal interest in several things about eco print, flower hammering and dried flowers. Thanks to them for take ng a bit of time to talk. I hope I was of some help. Check out their web-site for stores near you and upcoming classes. Come see me on July 27, 2024 at Tims Ford event center in Tullahoma, TN, from 12-4 PM for an Arts and Crafts market. Or come to Artisan Depot Gallery and Gift Shop in Cowan, TN, Thursday thru Sunday from 12-5 PM. By the grace of God, 100% of my sales goes to feed the 1 in 8 people with food insecurity in Southern Middle Tennessee. The following photographs are of their sweet scented sachet with real dried flowers and a flower hammered, double-sided crossbody bag from my next show.
I love this stuff. Super light shea cream with the right amount of fragrance. I have really dry skin and this goes on easy without feeling greasy. This is perfection guys! Thanks for this product.
Had a great tour there. We enjoyed the pressed flower arranging. We bought this puzzle for our wall. Thanks folks!
Great place!!! Full of fun things, their coffee is my favorite!
I love this company. I use their moisturizer and I recently bought custom coasters from them as well. The coasters are beautiful and the customer service was amazing. They responded so quickly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!
Was given the Shea cream for a birthday gift and I feel very spoiled by it. Love the product and love the family owned business prompted by such a young entrepreneur in the family. Plan to purchase more products in the future and looking …
1818 Farms is my happy place. The animals are the cutest and the products are always amazing. Natasha, her family and staff are very creative. And now they have opened The Cottage at 1818 Farms. It is the perfect location to showcase the products and to hold classes.
It was magical! The owners were nice and helpful as well.
