We ordered a few steaks to check the quality, and they tasted good, so we decided to order a whole cow. Unfortunately, when the meat arrived, it had a very strong, gamy taste and smell, and we couldn’t eat it. We ended up donating some and throwing the rest away because no one wanted to eat it, even for free. We got scammed, order your meat from other farm, don’t waste your money!!!
Absolutely love One Man Ranch!! They’re always at my local farmers market and it has become my routine to talk to David and his wife while I pick out my sausages. They never disappoint!
All season we bought meat from David and Beth and tried a large variety of products and are never dissapointed. They provided the turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner last night and it was wonderful. The mango habanero brats, garden sage brats and breakfast sausages are some of our favorites and the jowel bacon is definitely not to be missed when it is available. Really can't say enough nice things about the owners. They are super kind, down to earth people and I highly suggest you get into contact with them if you are in the area and In need of locally raised high quality meats. You get elevated flavor and the satisfaction of knowing your money supports a small local farm to boot. A no brainer!!! Thanks again 1 man Ranch!!!
My wife and I are chemical tank haulers and realized how much dangerous chemicals were allowed in our foods and our doctor told us to find an organic farm with grass fed beef start to finish. We found them online and tried them out and my wife and I are losing weight and physically and mentally feeling better in the 2 weeks we have been buying meat off them. Not, only, is their meat great so are Dave and Beth personally. We will never again buy so called fresh meat from the store. My wife and I want to personally thank Dave and Beth for helping us be healthier and happier people through the products they sell us.
The best pork chops in the area! We have also tried: beef soup bones (which make the most delicious, clear bone broth), breakfast sausage patties (the perfect size for an English muffin), the bacon (um, BLTs), and the eggs (how can you not?). If you are looking to incorporate humane, pasture raised meat into your diet, 1 Man Ranch has you covered!
The customer service is impeccable!! The meat quality and taste is definitely highest in class! This ranch delivers to your home in freeze packaging so no hassles! I would have shared a picture of the yummy barbecued short ribs but they were gone in a blink! 😉🤭 …
Been looking for a good supplier of quality, healthy, meat and ran into 1-Man Ranch at the local Farm Market. Tried some of the steak tonight and haven't had steak this good in a long time! Looking forward to stocking the freezer with their product. It's Outstanding!!!
Enjoyed one of thier turkeys for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a delicious and beautiful centerpiece for our family celebration!! Would highly recommend! Great way to support a local, ethical meat producer. 5 stars!

Excellent strip steak and tenderloin purchased from farmers market in St Joseph! The packaging makes them look smaller than they are. Great choice for high quality meats. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you!
